Abstract
Outcome after surgical treatment has been based predominantly on objective criteria. A more global assessment is necessary which also includes patient-reported health-related quality of life. The literature concerning investigations on quality of life measurements in surgery and follow-up in colorectal cancer is reviewed. Only a few studies are published; the results are conflicting and the methodology questionable. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a strong need for further research in this field.

Current progress in Protein Degradation and Cancer Therapy
argeted Protein Degradation is gaining momentum in cancer therapy, it facilitate targeting undruggable proteins, it overcome cancer resistance and avoid undesirable side effects. Thus small molecules degraders have emerged as novel therapeutic strategy. Targeted protein degradation (TPD), the process of eliminating a protein of interest hold a great promise for ...read more
