Abstract
A significant portion of pediatric epilepsy is intractable, resulting in a burden substantial enough to lead a family to choose surgical intervention. In recent years, advancements in clinical practice, technology, and pre-surgical evaluation procedures have improved post-surgical outcomes. In this short review, we highlight some of the pivotal advances in pediatric epilepsy surgery that have contributed to and continue to contribute to increased success rates.
