Abstract
Mastocytosis or mast cell disease represents a clonal, neoplastic proliferation of mast cells that can present in one or multiple organs, varying from indolent to aggressive disorders in adult and pediatric patients. This review presents the definition of the various forms of mastocytosis along with the characteristic cytomorphological, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic, and molecular features and discusses in depth the differential diagnoses. Following this presentation, the review then focuses on therapeutic approaches, including targeted therapy.

Current progress in Protein Degradation and Cancer Therapy
argeted Protein Degradation is gaining momentum in cancer therapy, it facilitate targeting undruggable proteins, it overcome cancer resistance and avoid undesirable side effects. Thus small molecules degraders have emerged as novel therapeutic strategy. Targeted protein degradation (TPD), the process of eliminating a protein of interest hold a great promise for ...read more
