Dr. Dong-Qing Wei is a Professor at College of Life Science, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China. Over the past 40 decades, he has made many great contributions to the development of bioinformatics/AI drug design techniques and their interdisciplinary applications to systems of ever-increasing complexity. His most important contributions in sciences are exemplified by the discovery of ferroelectric nematic liquids crystals, elucidating the molecular mechanism of explosion reactions by the ab initio MD simulation, and discovery of anti-aging and anti-AD drug candidate WGX-50. He has published more than 600 papers, 10 monographs with 11000 SCI citations. He has attended more than 100 conferences for plenary talks and have organized more than 20 national and international conferences.

Dragos Horvath, Ph.D. is a CNRS research director at the Laboratoire de Chemoinformatique, UMR 7140, University of Strasbourg. He has been working in methods for ab initio prediction of protein structures using physics based models. Juan P. Dominguez-Morales received the B.S. degree in computer engineering, the M.S. degree in computer engineering and networks, and the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering (specializing in neuromorphic audio processing and spiking neural networks) from the University of Seville, Spain, in 2014, 2015 and 2018, respectively. From 2015-2018, he was a PhD student in the Architecture and Technology of Computers Department of the University of Seville with a research grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science. Since 2019, he has been working as Assistant Professor in the same department. His research interests include medical image analysis, convolutional neural networks, computer-aided diagnosis systems, neuromorphic engineering and spiking neural networks.

Dr. Aman Chandra Kaushik is a visiting scholar at the School of Biomedical Informatics, University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston, Texas, USA. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the School of Medicine, Jiangnan University, Wuxi, China. Before Jiangnan University, he received his postdoctoral in bioinformatics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the Gautam Buddha University, Delhi, India, while he was involved in research at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. His research focuses on developing computational methods to drive biological discoveries and medical innovations that will benefit public health by analyzing and modeling large-scale biomedical data, especially cancer genomics data. Dr. Aman has published over 100 journal papers (with 1200+ citations) in leading computational biology journals. He developed different machine learning tools such as WeiBI, DTI-CDF, SPVec and ACaMP which have an impact on system based medicine. Many computational models he developed have significantly contributed to the studies in the areas he worked, for example, his research projects are focused on the next-generation sequencing data analysis/integration and develops novel databases and software for analysis and prediction. Currently, Dr. Aman is interested in cancer biology, including functional genomics, particularly systems pharmacology to understand the impact of human variation on drug response.

Kunhong Liu is a professor in the Department of Digital Media Technology of Xiamen University. He received the Ph.D. degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 2008, and he has been associated with Xiamen University from then onwards. He worked as the PostDoc research fellow in the department of computing of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2014 to 2015. His main research interests include bioinformatics, machine learning, and computational intelligence. In these areas, he has published more than 90 peer-reviewed journals or conference papers. And he acted as the members of Program committee or Technique committee of many international conferences, and served as guest editors for some SCI-indexed journals.
