Dr. Rajendra D. Badgaiyan, MD, is a psychiatrist and cognitive neuroscientist. He is Professor of Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He was awarded the prestigious BK Anand National Research Prize in India and Solomon Award of Harvard Medical School. His research is focused on the study of neural and neurochemical mechanisms that control human brain functions. He developed the single scan dynamic molecular imaging technique (SDMIT) to detect, map, and measure neurotransmitters released acutely in the human brain during task performance. Using this technique, he studies dopaminergic control of human cognition and behavior.

Dr. Wang and his crew members are focusing on personality traits and disorders, emotion components and disorders, dream experiences (nightmare and sexual dream) and disorders, and neurocognitive processes at cerebral and brainstem levels. His clinical research involves the personality disorders, bipolar I and II disorders and schizophrenia and the like.

Dr. Marco Colizzi is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Udine, Italy. He qualified in Medicine from the University of Bari, Italy, in 2009. He received a PhD in Neuroscience from the King’s College London, United Kingdom, in 2018, where he then became a Clinical Research Fellow and, after returning to Italy, a Visiting Researcher. Between 2019 and 2021, he worked as Clinical Research Fellow at the University of Verona, Italy, and, starting from December 2021, as Assistant Professor at the University of Udine. Dr. Colizzi’s research focuses on the neuropsychopharmacology and neurocognitive function of psychosis and neurodevelopmental conditions, with a focus on prevention and early intervention strategies in mental health. He has published a significant number of scientific articles in refereed international journals. He has received several awards and recognition by a number of prestigious national and international institutions.

Prior to joining academics, Dr. Danish worked as an assistant manager, in Medical and Scientific Writing, JSS Medical Research (Formerly, Max Neeman International, India). Dr. Danish has well over 22 publications in peer-reviewed international journals, including in Pharmacological Reports, Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, Drug Research, etc. He has keen interests in researches involving central nervous system disorders and development of preclinical models.

Currently, several Ph.D. scholars are working under her supervision in the field of Brain Signalling, Energy minimization in the Cloud, Time series forecasting, and Smart Building management for smart cities. She has organized a workshop as Principal Investigator in 2017, on “Use of ICT in sustainable Computing” approved by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, worth 5.75 Lakhs. She has guided more than 50 Master’s theses (MCA and M. Tech.). She is a member of several committees at university level and professional bodies like ISTE, and IEEE.
