REPRINTS:
Reprints are customized reproductions of articles, printed on high-quality paper, designed to support your marketing and training needs. They are ideal for sharing with prospects at trade shows and conferences or for mailing directly to your customers.
There are numerous creative ways to utilize reprints. In the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical companies often require reprints to showcase their research. To fulfill this need, they collaborate with PR companies to produce and deliver the necessary reprints.
All our reprints are printed on 60-lb. glossy paper.
Yes, reprints can be printed in color or converted to black and white if preferred. Please note that additional fees may apply.
Orders have a maximum turnaround time of 36 business days from the receipt of your order to delivery, regardless of the quantity or destination. Rush orders can also be accommodated upon request.
The cost is calculated based on the number of pages, the quality (color or black and white), and the number of copies required.
Reprints require a minimum order of 25 copies.

Proofs are provided only for customized reprints (e.g., codes, disclaimers, or PI information). For standard delivery, proofs are issued within 4 working days, while expedited orders are processed within 2 working days. To ensure delivery within 36 business days for standard shipping, proofs must be approved within 3 days. For rush orders, proofs must be approved within 24 hours.
COMMERCIAL REPRINTS:
Reprints are available in their original format and can be ordered in either black and white or full color. They can also be customized with additional typesetting, logos, and covers to meet your specific needs.

E-PRINTS:
An e-print is a digital copy of an article available for purchase in multiple units, fully compliant with copyright regulations. It is downloaded securely from the publisher's servers and can be used for both internal and external purposes. Reprints, on the other hand, refer to the same high-quality article reproduced in printed form.
