Abstract

This concluding chapter draws upon our extensive journey through Kenya's intricate public transportation landscape. Our exploration, conducted through a phenomenological study, aimed to unravel the lived experiences, perceptions, and challenges faced by individuals who depend on public transportation across this diverse nation. By adopting this unique approach, we have sought to shed light on the human aspects of transportation issues, and in doing so, we now present our conclusions and recommendations for a brighter future in Kenyan transportation.
