Synthesis and Applications of Organic Sulfur Compounds

Introduction

Organic sulfur compounds are widely present in nature, especially in petroleum and animal and plant bodies. Their distribution is only lower than that of oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing organic compounds, demonstrating their important role in ecosystems. In this Thematic Issue, we invite researchers to contribute review articles on topics related to all aspects of Organic sulfur compounds, including, but not limited to, efficient synthesis of organic sulfur compounds, applications of organic sulfur compounds in medicine, applications of organic sulfur compounds in pesticides, applications of organic sulfur compounds in materials, etc.
