Abstract: The subject of this work was an inhibition of cellular prion expression in vitro and in vivo by antisense oligodeoxyribonucleotides, incorporated into cationic immunoliposomes. It was shown that asODNs are able to reduce the level of PrPc expression in vitro and in vivo.
