Fluorination Using Hypervalent Halogen Fluorides
Pp. 49-60 (12)
Among various hypervalent halogen fluorides, BrF3, IF5, and ArIF2
have been successfully used to introduce fluorine atoms into molecules
selectively. Characteristic features and representative fluorination reactions
involving these reagents are shown.
