Abstract:In the current technical note, the structure of pulmonary hydatid cysts has been presented and the included layers have been discussed. Then, some critical notes have been provided for the management of intact pulmonary hydatid cyst which should not be removed by bronchoscopic approaches due to high rates of possible complications of tearing; however, it has been performed by some cases available in the literature which is not acceptable.
