Abstract
Two series of molecules were synthesized with carboxamidomethyl linker utilizing thieno oxazine and 5-Hydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid. In vivo studies of these molecules indicated that molecules from each series, 4h and 5b, are very potent triglyceride lowering agents.
