Background: Osteoarthritis, a disorder of joints is incredibly prevalent in older age. The contemporary cure handy against the osteoarthritis is to confer superficial relief, which consists of the comfort from pain and swelling temporarily.

Methods: we will discuss various type of factor responsible for onset of OA and its severity. The inhibition of Chondrocytes receptor (DDR2)/SDF-1, ASPORIN, CXCR4 molecule with pharmacologically developed of specific inhibitor in the context to attenuation of OA ought to be beneficial in finding new illnesses modifying drugs.

Results and discussion: Under this review, we have stepped ahead to fixate on the intermediate goal molecules in the osteoarthritis' development pathway and switched the attention toward discovering the new feasible treatment by considering the disease prognosis cross-talking signaling pathway.
