子宫动脉化疗栓塞联合扩张和刮宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠后残留的危险因素分析

摘要

目的:我们旨在探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)患者子宫动脉化疗栓塞术(UACE)与扩张和刮宫术(D&C)后残留病灶的潜在危险因素。 设置:回顾性病例对照研究。 方法:采用单因素分析和Logistic分析对这些数据进行分析,评估UACE与D&C联合应用后残留的危险因素。 结果:妊娠期,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平和妊娠囊(GS)向膀胱外翻是术后病变的危险因素。 最相关的是GS向膀胱外翻,其次是术前HCG水平和孕龄。 我们将孕龄的临界值定义为28天,敏感性和特异性分别为100和0。 结论:GS向膀胱外翻和HCG> 28,113.65 mIU / ml以及胎龄> 28天的病例中,残留病灶的可能性较高。
