多氧金属酸盐在生物医学中的应用:最新进展与综述

背景:聚氧金属酸盐(POMs)是高氧化态(如WVI、MoVI、VV)早期过渡金属离子的带负电荷金属-氧簇,在催化、电子、磁性材料和纳米技术等领域具有重要的研究价值。此外,在体外和体内,聚合酶链反应均表现出生物活性,如抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗糖尿病等。 方法:使用PubMed和Scopus数据库,在适当的关键字的帮助下,对这篇经过同行评审的文章进行文献检索。 结果:本文综述了近年来多金属氧酸盐的生物活性及其在抗病毒、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病等方面的研究进展。此外,还特别考虑了它们可能的作用机制和分子靶标。 结论:虽然多金属氧酸盐(POMs)的生物活性范围广泛,但据我们所知,它在糖尿病或感染性和恶性疾病的治疗方面还没有达到临床试验或最终应用的程度。因此,应进一步研究确定POM生物作用的机制,这将有助于在分子水平上进行微调,从而对生物目标采取有效的行动,并尽可能降低毒性。此外,生物医学研究应该在使用生理条件和浓度的溶液稳定的聚合物上进行。
