中风是一种急性神经系统疾病,如果不及时治疗或诊断得晚,可能会危及生命。 包括通过计算机断层扫描或磁共振成像对大脑进行神经影像学检查在内的各种检测技术可以促进中风的诊断。 然而,根据分子检测技术的最新进展,出现了新的诊断和预后标志物。 外泌体是一种额外的酒窖颗粒,是这些标志物之一,对中风后的诊断,预后甚至治疗都有有益的影响。 我们先前已经讨论了外来体在心血管疾病中的作用,在本综述中,我们着眼于最常见的脑血管疾病。 本综述的目的是概述外来体的近期诊断作用,该外来体在中风期间特别分泌,并且可以指导临床医生更好地诊断中风。
