Abstract

The role of the analytical methods and their validations has been important in quantification of drugs from their dosage forms or biological samples in recent years. Development of analytical methodscoupled with each other, is useful for the investigation of behavior of drugs or metabolites or impurities, and is also a useful tool for sensitive detections. The recent roles of spectroscopy, chromatography, titrimetry, electrochemistry and capillary electrophoresis have been explained here.
