Affiliation: Department of Applied Chemistry, School of Food Science and Biotechnology, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou 310035, P. R. China.
Marine organisms are a rich source of biologically active terpenes. Some of them exhibit antiviral, antifouling, antitumor, antimicrobial,
antifungal, activities. The present paper reviews the latest progress in the chemistry and pharmacological activities of terpenoids
from marine organisms.
Keywords: Biological activities, marine organisms, metabolites, structure, terpenes.
