Vasopressin (AVP) secretion and release are regulated by a number of central nervous system sites that receive peripheral signals
from the osmoreceptors and baroreceptors. Aim of this paper is to review anatomical pathways and neurotransmitters involved as
well as drugs affecting AVP secretion.
